Madison joined me in the bakery this week, and let me tell you, this girl WORKED! She’s been mixing, rolling, and helping tackle that never-ending bakery to-do list, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her hardworking hands!

Because of her help this week, we’re able to bring you more of those delicious cookies you’ve been asking for! And I think she did a pretty darn amazing job, don’t you?! 🧡

Am I extra? Absolutely. 🤣🎃

Could I have just made regular pumpkin sourdough bagels? Sure.

But it’s October, and apparently my brain decided that pumpkin bagels should LOOK like actual pumpkins. So here we are, individually tying little bagels into pumpkins and tossing them into boiling water like this is a perfectly normal thing to do on a Friday morning. 😂🥯

Do they taste any different? Nope.
Are they 100 times cuter? YOU BET YOUR PUMPKIN SPICE THEY ARE. 🎃

Well… I think we can officially close the reviews for the day. 😂🍞

Apparently our sliced traditional sourdough is slightly addictive.

My favorite part might be the immediate clarification of “which I have not.” 😂😂

Seriously though — messages like this absolutely make my day. There are a whole lot of very early mornings behind every loaf, and knowing someone is walking past the bag and hearing it call their name makes it worth it. 🥹
