It’s back! A limited run of fan-favorite Baker’s Blend Sourdough Granola (as seen on summer menu last year) is now available to order via my link in profile 👆

The organic sourdough culture is the primary binding agent which means I use less oil and sugar (in this case local Moody Mountain Maple!) than conventional, store-bough granolas, and the mix is absolutely PACKED with organic oats, pecans, walnuts, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic flax seeds and almonds. Dried wild blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla and a sprinkling of flakey sea salt top it off.

Get it while you can - not sure when or if it will make a permanent return to the menu.

ATTENTION FELLOW SOURDOUGH MICROBAKERY OWNERS!

Adding this one to the feed because I’m just so honored to be joining the amazing lineup of bakers and business owners who support our growing niche.

Background: I spent 15 years working in and around New York City in various business strategy and management roles, culminating in my own consultancy where I helped entrepreneurs go from chaos to clarity in their businesses - increasing impact while preserving their sanity. Excited to share my passion for value and purpose driven business practices with our niche community of sourdough micro-bakers at this years’

Once again, has outdone herself, curating an all star lineup that’s guaranteed to be informative and inspiring.

Come say hello at the first market of the season - next Saturday, May 9th with

I will have a table full of long fermented, organic grain, sourdough bread and bakes - sweet and savory. Trading doughnuts for buns this time - so come early to grab a pillowy soft cinnamon or blueberry lemon bun, slice of cake, loaf of bread and other treats.

As usual, all of my bakes are long fermented (yes, even the muffins and cake!), and made with organic grains (and other organic ingredients whenever possible including milk, sugar and eggs when used), making them both delicious and (more) nutritious! And this time, I’m excited to feature ingredients lovingly produced by two other vendors: and

This will be my fourth market and I’m excited to be joined by an amazing lineup of makers and bakers - old and new to - full list on the 3rd slide and in captions.
