Shana Tova! We celebrated the new school year with our first bake in 18 months! Thanks to the help of volunteer faces old and new, we made 46 challahs, and were able to donate over $180 to the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. (We promise there were 46, they just went so quick we didn't have time to snap a photo)

With the fast day and Yom Kippur coming up the next two Thursdays, we'll be on a bit of a break, but catch us baking on Thursday, 9/23!

Join us at 9am for mixing and kneading, and then 3pm for braiding and baking in the Hillel lounge :) Come by at 5pm to buy your challah and support HSHS!

Hi! Hello! We've missed you! Despite being scattered across the globe this semester, we have a ton of super fun events coming up!

This month, we're encouraging folks to join us for The High Challahdays Bake! It'll be on September 24th at 12pm EDT (note change from time on the poster). More information about how to sign up and how to support our partner charity, Harvard Square Homeless Shelter, will come soon! Shabbat shalom friends... here's a long boi (baked by C4H member Diana) to help motivate you through these difficult times.

While we're very sad that we can't be together to bake for the rest of the semester, we know that being sent home was the right decision for everyone to stay healthy and safe in an unprecedented global crisis.

As the Harvard C4H chapter, we remain committed to supporting those in our community who are food-insecure through raising awareness and funding for the C4H national partner charity Swipe Out Hunger, and our local partner charity Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. You can continue to support our mission by donating directly to C4H National at https://challahforhunger.org/ and to HSHS at http://hshshelter.org/donate.

We love and miss all of our volunteers and supporters very much. Please keep in touch! If you bake anything while at home that you'd like to show off, please share it with us and we will post it on our page!
