Barismo is a cutting-edge coffee roaster and retailer founded in 2008 by a group of baristas dedicated to transparency, quality, and sustainability. Barismo 364, our flagship retail coffee bar in mid-Cambridge, was opened in 2012 in the historic F.B. Hubley Auction House and features a full kitchen and bakery. (Please note: we do not offer wifi at this location). We believe in transparent sourcing

coupled with roasting and brewing with attention to detail so that we can present consistently exceptional coffees. In order to fulfill that goal, we work to improve and master every step of the production chain: building long-term relationships with innovative coffee producers, bringing a deep understanding of our coffees to the roasting process, and pioneering the future of coffee brewing.
