I had the incredible honor and pleasure to bake a very special cheesecake for my cousin’s baby shower today! It was a national park/camping/adventure theme shower, so naturally, a campfire cake fit perfectly! The mama-to-be loves chocolate with peanut butter, so we have a Chocolate/Peanut Butter Swirl cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache.

My absolute favorite cake ever is carrot cake - more specifically, my mom’s carrot cake (no one can top it) - so I was super excited to take on this special request. Sink your teeth into this towering CARROT CAKE cheesecake. It starts with a graham crust, followed by alternating thick layers of classic cheesecake and Mom’s carrot cake, and wrapped in a magnificent cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans. This would make a unique and delicious Thanksgiving dessert that I would be very glad to bake for you! Taking orders now!
