I was a school teacher for years with a love for bread baking. I learned to appreciate sourdough after I find out I have thyroid issues. I re-started baking in the US for my coworkers request. I'm changing carrier now and happily baking sourdoughs for customers with eczema, thyroid, immune etc. related issues. I'm happy when I see condition improvement and healthy results.
