We call it “El pollito diablo” it’s a deluxe chicken slider made with juicy chicken thighs, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and our soon to be famous dill-ablo sauce, served on a fresh house made jalapeño cheddar bun. Come check it out tomorrow.
