Blast from the past 9 years ago at Shambala Bistro, our first year in MVernon was truly transformative with Sarah and Andrew in cocoa! It was an extraordinary time creating food and community entertainments, we gave it our all as a family ❤️‍🩹.

We're grateful for our friends and customers there, we cherish the memories. We're thrilled to have some products now at our old Bakery in Pine Square, now La Monarca and you can call for prepaid deliveries there too 😊, Holiday Menu at shambalabakery.com . We applaud everything Zsofia and her village have created over these many years! We have been blessed to collaborate for the past 20 years together, and be as close as any family ever was. Interesting to see what the universe has in store for us next. Reach out to these folks they need you as much as you need them during yet another Goliath transition♥️

The evenings become cool and the animals are coming out, getting ready for winter. Chipmunks, owls and bats making their arrivals as the spiders bloom, and nut trees provision!

Greetings customers,
we continue our journey to Seattle production, and have closed the Mount Vernon bakery(and Bistro last November), but a new grab and go Cafe will be taking that space and selling our items and menu offerings soon! All is outlined below, where you can get product, readily available in so many other locations now!

The other photo is the display case at Lazy Cow in Fremont with our items for sale, and Snow Goose in Mount Vernon is stocked with variety, both seven days a week.

We encourage you to look into boxofgood.com for regional delivery of our items, from Bellingham to Seattle to include Eastside, to your door without a delivery expense or increased prices! And they have so much else to offer, amazing organic products/produce regionally produced.

Custom orders are readily recommended, we will be baking pizza in Mount Vernon through August if you want to pick up at the Bakery, we can work out by appointment, or curbside in Seattle at our production facility. 72 hours advance order is recommended.

Please stay tuned on our website for so many new and exciting changes ongoing, new locations in partnership. I assure you we are trying to make things even more convenient for everyone while we consolidate operations, in our ongoing effort for food security offering nutrient, dense and allergen smart products.

We feel like Santa's elves!!! We are loaded up, headed to Ballard Farmers Market 9-2 Sunday with our abundant Christmas menu (see post below)! Our new partnership Union Block Bistro in our previous restaurant location 614 S. 1st St MVernon is also loaded with Christmas items 10-5, Sourdough and our full bakery menu, plus featuring our famous Panko Fish n Chips, Shamburger and Biscuit Sandwiches!

We will be open Monday and Tuesday at our 311 Pine St Mount Vernon Bakery location 10-5 Monday and 10-3 Christmas eve with fancy specialties and basics! We went to thank you for your patronage during this transition, we are here to serve you quality and nutritional abundance in a delicious package of Ancient Grain GF V. breads and pastries!
