I’m a home based baker that loves to bake. I’m licensed by the state of Kentucky to sell fresh baked goods from my home.

As we enter the summer I want to make a quick reminder of my weekend order pickups. I am happy to help make your pickups as easy on you as I can. With that being said I do enjoy my down time especially when the lake is smooth.

Fridays pickups are before 4pm- I get up early so if you need 6:30am that works too lol.

Saturdays pickups are before 12:00, again I’m an early riser so no time is too early for me.

No pickups on Sunday. I take the day off for church, relaxing and resting my mind. This gets me ready for the work week ahead. I appreciate each and every client that trusts me with your cake orders. Clients like you are what fills my sinks with dirty dishes. Thank you!

CHRISTMAS CAKE
ORDERS. Text your order to 270-703-8668 I will not accept orders from post comments. Texting orders directly to me gives me a communication contact for pickup. It also makes it easier to keep track of my orders.

Cut off for orders is Monday December 15th. All cakes must be picked up no later than Wednesday December 23rd at 5pm. If you need your cakes before December 23rd please indicate when ordering I’m happy to accomidate your time frame. No half cakes will be sold BUT I will gladly cut your cake in half and ice it to cover up the cut and box them into 2 boxes for you. An additional charge of $5.00 will be added to cover cost of ingredients, cake boards and boxes.

I’m now taking orders for Thanksgiving. Cut off for orders is November 15th I WILL NOT ACCEPT LATE ORDERS during the holidays. All cakes must be picked up no later than Wednesday November 26th by 5pm. If you need your cakes before Wednesday please indicate when ordering I’m happy to accomidate your time frame. No half cakes will be sold BUT I will gladly cut your cake in half and ice it to cover up the cut and box them into 2 boxes for you. An additional charge of $5.00 will be added to cover cost of ingredients, cake boards and boxes.

Did somebody say Taylor Swift? Yep they did! This birthday cake was a big deal. A special little girl wanted a cake to reflect her favorite star. What a fun cake to make. 🩷

It’s time to think about the upcoming holidays. I’m opening up orders for Christmas now through December 15th. Listed below will be the cakes offered and this years pricing. Unfortunately some cakes took a bigger jump than others. No one wants to make the decision to raise prices but with the high price of groceries it isn’t avoidable. When you order a cake from me you won’t be disappointed in the quality or quantity of your cake. TEXT YOUR ORDERS 270-703-8668 I usually do not see messages on here so to avoid any misplaced orders YOU MUST TEXT YOUR ORDERS TO THIS NUMBER.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE $75
German Chocolate cakes are covered in a double batch of icing and the cake bases stand tall. Each cake is 9” and consists of three layers making these cakes something to see and taste.

CARROT CAKE $75
Carrot Cakes are made from freshly peeled and puréed carrots along with crushed pineapple, pecans and coconut in a cinnamon cake base topped with Cream Cheese Buttercream rolled in candied Pecans. This cake is a showstopper.

ITALIAN CREAM CAKE $75
Italian Cream Cake is a coconut flavored cake base with toasted pecans and coconut covered in Cream Cheese Buttercream topped with Toasted Coconut and Pecan pieces. This southern tradition is classy and delicate.

FRESH COCONUT CAKE $60
Fresh Coconut Cake is a butter and coconut flavored cake base with a coconut filling smothered in a fluffy Seven Minute icing and fresh coconut. It’s a classic that never goes out of style.

STRAWBERRY CAKE $60
Strawberry Cake is a strawberry cake with a strawberry cream cheese buttercream frosting. It’s a moist cake with a refreshing flair. It’s light enough that you will want seconds.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE $60
Chocolate Fudge cake is one to remember. A moist and rich chocolate fudge cake with a Chocolate Ganache Buttercream drowning in a chocolate ganache drip. This cake is out of this world good!
