Pasty Central was on of the first e-commerce sites shortly after the www started in the fall of 1994. Another pioneer, an early blogger (before the word was even invented) was Sharon Smith of Copper Harbor with AVIEWFROMTHEFIELD.COM ... Sharon passed away earlier this month, and her memorial service was today. We will miss Sharon's we**am updates of Brockway Mountain, and her daily observations on the shore of Lake Superior.
