Dough-saster‼️
It’s challenging being a solo owner/operator and having to learn from your mistakes. It’s even harder when you are a solo owner/operator and have no idea where you went wrong and lack the time or the expertise to figure it out.
This week has been that for me.
I know, I know, I make that bagel game look easy and effortless, but rest assured, it’s not all selfies and stunning Cheddar Jalapeño bagels and for some reason, a substantial portion of my dough this week over-proofed and is unusable, like melt in my hands unusable.
As a result, we will be CLOSED on Sunday the 19th in Callicoon.
I’m going to shake this off, retrace my steps and be back on Friday the 25th with a batch of freshies for ya!
