I’m officially saying goodbye to MO Cookie Co. (previously Sunday Afternoon Bakery) 🤍
When I suddenly had to stop baking after only one month in our new home, I fully expected to rule out dietary issues and jump right back into Valentine’s Day cookies.
Unfortunately for our entire family, we learned that gluten AND dairy were the problem.
As frustrating as that has been, I’m incredibly picky about what my family eats, so I immediately hyper-focused on relearning everything I knew about baking and turning our favorite recipes into gluten-free and dairy-free versions that actually taste GOOD and don’t cause tummy issues.
Even more fortunate for you... I never stopped baking 🍪
After going back and forth for a long time, I decided it made the most sense to completely start over from scratch (like everything I make 😅) instead of simply rebranding this page.
Because everything I bake is now 100% gluten-free and dairy-free, I wanted a fresh start with a new business and a clear focus so there’s zero confusion for families who truly need safe treats.
