Just a little friendly PSA about our scones 💛
We bake a limited number of scones each day and that’s intentional! We want everything to be as fresh as possible, while also minimizing waste and keeping costs manageable.
Since starting our new hours, we’ve been adjusting our numbers daily, but we’re still learning what demand looks like each day.
We completely understand how disappointing it can be when your favorite flavor is sold out. What you may not see, though, are the slower days when extras are left at the end of the day. We do not sell day-old scones because they don’t meet our standards, and we always want you to enjoy the very best version of everything we make.
If you know you’ll be wanting scones, you’re always welcome to call the day before and we can bake extras for you. You can also call ahead the same day, and we’re happy to set some aside if they’re still available.
We kindly ask for patience and kindness toward our staff when items run out. Nearly everything in our case is made in-house, and that’s something we take so much pride in.
Every scone is hand rolled, cut, and baked. Every macaron is hand piped and filled with care. Even our breakfast sandwich eggs are made fresh in-house.
Good things take time, and we truly pour so much love and effort into everything we make for you.
