Hello everyone!!

Here are the cookie flavors for this week!

1. Salted Toffee Chocolate Chip: brown butter cookie base mixed with toffee bits and semi-sweet chocolate! Topped with flaky sea salt!
2. Reese’s PB Cup: Brown butter peanut butter cookie base mixed with mini Reese’s cups and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Topped with a Reese’s cup!

Cookies are available through Rudy's Coffee Bar in the mornings and then later in the day at Butcher Block Social for $3.50 each or 4 for $12!

I also do large orders for private events! Feel free to message me personally if interested! :)

Apple cinnamon donuts are coming SOON! We learned a bunch, made a batch and taste tested several…we all agreed they are 10/10!! Can’t wait for you all to try them! 🍩🍎

Hi everyone!!

It has been quite a while since I have posted on here as I have been on a long holiday! Cookies have still been available thanks to my lovely friends but I wanted to come back on here to go over this weeks new flavors!!

Maple Bourbon Toffee Crunch: Brown butter cookie base mixed with maple bourbon toffee and a crunchy maple vanilla swirl!

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip: the brown butter chocolate chip cookie you know and love but make it gluten free!!

Cookies are available tomorrow starting at 6:30am at Rudy's Coffee Bar and you can find them until 9pm at Butcher Block Social !

Hi everyone!

This week we’ve got a fun new flavor you’re sure to love as well as a previous fan favorite!

1. Puppy Chow Brookie: Half peanut butter puppy chow cookie, half fudgy chocolate brownie!
2. Oatmeal Cinnamon Toffee White Chocolate Chip:
A delicious brown butter cookie with oatmeal, toffee bits, and white chocolate chips!

Cookies are available at Rudy's Coffee Bar in the mornings and Butcher Block Social in the afternoon/evening starting tomorrow! $3.50 each or 4/$12!

Hi friends! Apologies on not getting a post out of the flavor line up yesterday, I was so sidetracked by my excitement of the new flavors I completely forgot to post about them lol!!

This week we have:
1. Puppy Chow: Peanut butter & brown butter-based cookie with mini chocolate chips and puppy chow pieces topped with a chocolate and puppy chow drizzle!
2. Maple Chai Snickerdoodle: Brown butter-based cookie rolled and baked in a mixture of maple chai cinnamon-sugar!
3. Everything but the Kitchen Sink: A combination of every sweet and salty mix-in you could ever imagine all wrapped up in a brown butter-based cookie!
Mix-ins include potato chips, oreos, chocolate chips, caramel, toffee, white chocolate chips, chocolate covered pretzels, Reese’s, and peanut butter chips. Topped off with a chocolate covered potato chip this is not a cookie you want to miss!

Find these flavors this week at both Rudy's Coffee Bar and Butcher Block Social from 6:30am-9pm everyday!

The faces behind the business that you may not see everyday but still can’t believe this adventure we are able to be a part of because of this community!
These three little, squishy faces are our why- for them to dream bigger, learn problem solving and patience, say yes to challenging & exciting plans, & above all learn to serve and love our community!
Thank you for every cup of coffee, cafe miel, breakfast taco, bagel sandwich, Saturday waffle, & Sunday brunch cinnamon roll pancake order - you make our families’ dream a reality. Thank you for loving our employees as family as well- we wouldn’t be here without them!

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! We have a new menu item coming out this Saturday, and will be available anytime of the day. Introducing the “BIG BLOCK”. It’s our smoked pulled pork, brisket, and mac n cheese with pickles and onions all in one mouth watering sandwich. Served with a side of our house made potato chips!

I wanted to say thank you for your patience as I’ve been recovering from a rough sickness! However I’m back and so excited to be making cookies for you all again! We have some fun new flavors this week that you aren’t going to want to miss! Cookies are available Tuesday-Sunday or until they sell out! $3.50 individual or 4/$12!

Hello everyone, I have unfortunately come down with a bad virus and will not be able to make cookies for this week. However, I’m hopeful that I’ll be feeling better and able to roll out some fun new flavors for the following week!
