🍎 Caramel Apple Crumble Cookie
A soft, buttery cookie( a blended mix of a sugar cookie and a shortbread cookie)topped with sweet cinnamon-spiced apple filling, a buttery brown-sugar crumble, and finished with a decadent caramel drizzle.
I left some without the caramel for those who would prefer it that way.
