“Will you have gluten-free donuts?” has been one of the biggest questions we’ve gotten about the new shop. Right now, we’re looking into what it would take to offer a gluten-free option while properly separating ingredients, equipment, and frying from our regular donuts. Because we work with wheat flour throughout our kitchen, it’s something we have to be very careful about. We can’t promise gluten-free donuts at this time, but we are exploring whether it’s something we can realistically offer in the future. We will keep you all updated!

It’s official — Idaho Donut Co. has the keys to our new home!

What started as a little donut truck has grown into something we could only dream about, and we are so excited to finally begin turning this building into our permanent donut shop right here in Caldwell, Idaho.

There is still a lot of work ahead — construction, equipment, inspections, and plenty of finishing touches — but this is a pretty special milestone for our family.

We truly could not have made it here without every person who has bought a donut, shared a post, told a friend, waited in line, or supported our little business along the way.

Caldwell, we’re staying right where it all started. ❤️

Now it’s time to build Idaho Donut Co.’s new home. 🔨🍩

🎉🍩 WE HAVE SOME BIG NEWS, IDAHO FRIENDS! 🍩🎉

After an incredible year of serving you from our food truck, Idaho Donut Company has officially leased a building! 🏠❤️

And one thing was especially important to us — we’re staying right here in Caldwell, where it all started.

We’ve signed the lease, and now the work begins to turn our new space into the permanent home of Idaho Donut Co.

With construction and buildout ahead of us, we’ve made the decision to keep the food truck closed for the next few months so we can put all of our time and energy into getting the new shop ready.

It’s bittersweet knowing we won’t be serving donuts for a little while, but this is such a huge step forward for us — and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

We’ll be bringing you along for the entire transformation — from an empty building to construction updates, equipment moving in, sneak peeks and eventually…

Most importantly, thank you to our loyal customers who made this possible. Every preorder, every early-morning stop, every sold-out day, every shared post and every person who told a friend about us helped Idaho Donut Company get here.

❤️ An Update from Our Family

To our wonderful customers,

Over the past few weeks, our family has been navigating some unexpected health challenges. As a family-run business, we’ve made the difficult decision to scale back our days and hours so we can care for our loved ones while continuing to serve our community.

Because of this, we will be closed tomorrow.

The good news is we’re also taking this time to work on some exciting new things for Idaho Donut Company. We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on and continue bringing you fresh, 100% tallow-fried donuts.
