Our infrared toasting delivers controlled, consistent radiant heat across the entire stave, reducing the hot spots and uneven exposure of an open flame. Maximizing every stave, for before performance.

We’re bringing the first of its kind mobile exhibit of our innovative Infrared Barrel Toasting Technology for a live demonstration, giving wh***ey enthusiasts a firsthand look at how precision toasting helps develop the flavors that make great wh***ey and aged spirits.

Our very own Tyler K. Dean will also join Breaking Bourbon, Jordan Moskal, PWF’s Aaron Hajduk, and Iron City’s Matt Strickland for a special tasting panel exploring:
