This was one of the most trying orders I've ever taken on, specifically due to is size and my tight schedule.
Lucky for her, she's one of my favorite customers.😆
I only had 3 days to work on this order of 400 cookies before they needed to be bagged and packed to be shipped off to Washington.

Due to the size of this order, I decided to treat myself to an upgraded dehydrator. I love it!
My previous one only held about 18 cookies at a time. This new one held 168 at a time!

Educational Tidbit: many cookiers use dehydrators to speed up the drying time for the royal icing. The airflow also helps create a smooth, glossy finish. Using the dehydrator also helps prevent any cratering in the icing. ☺️

This birthday cake included the birthday girl's favorite colors and was a DELICIOUS pumpkin spice cake was filled with whipped caramel buttercream and caramel drizzle.

A fun order is completed last month! All gluten free and delicious! Both cakes were marbled chocolate and vanilla.
The customer was ordering not only to celebrate her daughter's engagement (the heart-shaped cake) but also her own wedding with a Bride&Groom's cake and a few dozen cupcakes for the guests.
