We craft handmade, artistically decorated sweets. One-of-a-kind cakes and cupcakes, edible fondant toppers, chocolate dipped candy apples and decorated cookies are just some of the items we offer. When you don’t think it’s going to be a two person job, but it kind of is… 😂🙈Me and my wonderful fellow volunteer getting hand-fasted or, what actually felt like being handcuffed together, by the beautiful Candy Corn, one of our amazing ambassador animal Corn Snakes during her enrichment handling activity today. Volunteers at the teaching zoo are trained in safe animal specific handling practices, and we always work in pairs, or teams, when handling any ambassador animals, for both their safety and ours. Always learning and always loving my time here!

How many cookies have I baked this holiday season? Well… I have no idea.. but this 20 gallon, 320 cup storage bin of powdered sugar was full in November… so.. I’m guessing a whole lot. And I am a WHOLE LOT GRATEFUL for my clients and friends and supporters here, who continue to trust me, year after year to make their holidays a little bit sweeter. Christmas cookie tin delivery day! These adorable tins are filled with royal iced snowmen cookies, cookie trees, gingerbread men, snowflakes, chocolate peppermint brownies, chewy gingerbread cookies, chocolate dipped biscotti and peanut butter blossoms! All hand decorated. Each tin is adorned with a custom edible image cookie dipped in white chocolate and hand painted with metallic luster dust. Each bow was handmade and they were sent off to my wonderful clients with a lot of love and holiday joy today!

Custom ornament cookies for a donor event to celebrate the wonderful people who support the many wonderful programs at Moorpark College, (including my favorite place to spend time with my friends and the animals at) These are vanilla bean sugar cookies dipped in white chocolate and hand painted and decorated with royal icing and edible gold.
