Happy Tuesday!

We're ready to roll for a SHORT week this week....please note that we are CLOSED this Saturday for the Labor Day weekend.

This week we're featuring our AppleJack Panini Sandwich! Built on a soft Rotella Ciabatta (baked in Omaha, NE!) this sandwich features Sliced Deli Chicken, CoJack Cheese, Thin Sliced Apples, Crispy Bacon, and Honey Dijon Aioli topped with fresh lettuce. Perfect combo of comfort food and fresh flavors!

Happy Monday! New week looks to be a great one!

We're heading into our FINAL Cairo Farmer's Market of the season, and our LAST Tuesday night Supper for the season too! So, we're rolling out the homemade dough, adding our favorite fillings and making Bierocks (R&%ZAS) one. more. time. Whether you prefer the original with cheese, a Swiss Mushroom (we hear ya!), or just a Pizza/Italian with NO CABBAGE, we've got you covered! These reheat amazing and make great school lunch too! ;) Dine in or Carry out, but we're offering a deal on a six pack! Call or message us ahead if you want to reserve your 6 pack !

We're hoping you're all adjusting to the back-to-school schedules! But, we've got prime Caffeination just in case....
