Good morning everyone! We know it’s been a while since our last update. We have been very busy trying to get our shop ready. We sadly had delays with getting our tiles laid and grouted, but it’s done now!

We are now in the process of moving equipment into the kitchen, double checking spacing, checking to make sure they work, and connecting water lines to sinks.

Countertops, counters and tables coming soon!
My husband and I are working hard and putting in a lot of elbow grease into finishing up as soon as possible so that we can meet everyone very soon!

We know everyone is eager, so thank you all once again for your patience!

Hello everyone.

We have some unfortunate news to share.
Opening by the end of this month is sadly not happening. We had some issues with the flooring company we were originally using, and had to pivot and change them. We have a new one, and they are scheduled for not this weekend, but next, which is why our hopes of opening by the end of this month are out.

We are now looking to be opening (praying everything passes) by the end of next month. After the tiles are installed, we will be able to have the equipment set up and inspected for safety and code regulations.

I am so sorry for this disheartening news, and hope you all will still be willing to wait for us as we navigate these and any (hopefully no more) possible issues that may arise.

Heyyyyy Caddo!!

As you all may know, we have been at a standstill waiting on ONCOR. Well, guess what? Transformer is in!
New meter coming in the next business day or two!
Drive-thru window installed!
Electrical inspection passed!

We are hoping, wishing, PRAYING to get floors and equipment installed, inspections passed, supplies delivered and opened by the end of this month!

For everyone that has been bearing with us and waiting for us, we truly appreciate it. I can not express how excited I am and for how much love and anticipation we have seen from the community. All I can hope for is that we are able to meet and exceed all of your expectations for us.

Hopefully more updates soon!

Hello everyone! Just letting you all know our current state. We received word from Oncor that they will start work on the transformer soon, with weather permitting. We were not given a set date, so we unfortunately do not have a timeline to provide everyone on when that would be finished.😮‍💨

Once Oncor is done, we will need to have another electrical inspection, and once those are done (hopefully passing) things will (weather permitting) pick up speed to opening.

Huzzah! 🎉 We have news! 🎉 Our case with Oncor has been moved over to the construction department, which means we will most likely be getting a new transformer. We’ll be getting the capacity needed for our shop!

Bad news is… this means it’s an even longer wait to get power. 😭 So, we go back to waiting until everything is done on their side. Let’s all patiently wait (this is mostly to remind myself 😂) and remember that this is all to ensure that everything is done safely and correctly.

Thank you all for your anticipation and patience for us as we go through these struggles. We are SO excited to meet and serve the community once we are able to!

*SMALL UPDATE* Oncor came by on Monday and requested some forms from us. We have submitted the paperwork and are currently waiting to hear back from them. Ball is in their court, so we can only patiently (or impatiently 🫠) wait to hear back from them for next steps.

I will post once I hear any news from them to keep everyone interested updated!

Hello everyone! Thank you all for your interest in our shop! Unfortunately, at this time, we are unsure about a specific open date. We have been very hopeful in our journey to be open earlier this year, however, things have not played out as we had hoped it would, but we are still very hopeful in opening soon!

We have had great progress after our grease trap installation, however we are now stalled after our electrical upgrade, and are currently in “wait” mode for our inspection due to some difficulties. We are working very hard to get the right people out and having things moving as quickly as possible once any and all issues are resolved.

We understand that progress on the building does not seem to be moving, but there is definitely work in progress behind the scenes.

Please know that we are trying our best to get up and running as soon as we can, but that we also want to make sure everything is done correctly and responsibly.
