Hi, friends 🫶🏻 a little reintroduction…I’m Erika- the baker behind Paper Flour Bakery! I’m married to my best friend of a husband for almost 6 years now and we have a 18-month baby girl who makes us belly laugh all day. And while I’m an interior designer by trade, I took a professional break to stay home with her. It’s been the best time of my life!!

But I can never stay still (lol) so I started this in small business at the beginning of 2022 with custom sugar cookies. Since then we’ve been baking new things and started doing markets where I’ve met so many of you! Now there’s 1,000 of you here ✨
