Hey fam
So, I have been MIA for a while.
I feel like some of you have questions about that. I have been for tests, and I have a histamine intolerance, which translates to me being a bubble boy. I definitely didn't anticipate being allergic to all the foods I used to bake. I will no longer be baking as it is hard for me to stay well enough to do so between my autoimmune disorder and my very prevalent allergies, amongst other health issues.
There are so many beautiful talented bakers in the area. I'm so grateful that I was able to be a part of that for 7 years of my 24-year baking career. It has bittersweetly come to an end.
We, as a family, had a rough season with tremendous loss of loved ones, and as an effect, God has revealed to me the importance of being there for my family and friends.
For all the affected by my illnesses while I was in business, I do apologize. It has been a rough road, but God has shown up every day for me. Even at my hardest moments, he continues to bless me with his word, love, grace, and his promise.

A bit of good news! Starting in January, I will be making edible images, large and small fondant, and / or modeling chocolate decorations in sets or individual pieces to sell so you can all decorate your cakes at home like a pro! Look for more examples in the near future!
This will include cupcake toppers and picks.
However, due to my severe and ever worsening wheat allergy and autoimmune disorder, I will be phasing wheat out of my kitchen entirely by January. I will finish out my committed orders but will not be taking any further orders this holiday season. I feel God's pull to be more present with my beautiful family and loving husband. My health and my family are more important to me. I do appreciate all the love and support over the last 7 years of baking and making memories. It's not the end, just a season of change and rebranding!!!
