Thank you everyone for keeping me busy these past couple weeks. I really appreciate that you wanted to stock up with Toasty's 😇. That has helped so much just getting prepared for the next adventure. Im officially on maternity leave. We only have 4 weeks til baby girl arrives!! I plan to be back in November just in time for dinner roll season. Stay tuned, I will keep you all updated 🫶

Ok so a couple things, this week ill have plain loaves and scones on Wednesday and hamburger buns on Friday and you can absolutely place a pick up order for anything you'd like. Pick up orders received by Wednesday will be ready for Friday.

Also my maternity leave starts Friday August 28th. So I know many people have asked for that date so they could make an order to stock up until I come back in November. Message me @5124171951.

These have been fermenting for 19 hours and have about 3-4 hrs left to go. Long fermentation means the sourdough culture breaks down the gluten and the phytic acids making it gentle on your digestive system. Its why so many people who cannot tolerate gluten have no issues with properly fermented sourdough. And if it contains commercial yeast its not properly fermented

At about 198 -215 calories per bagel and a whopping 9-10 g of protein these fit wonderfully into your balanced diet not to mention the deliciousness. See you tomorrow!
