Yiayias.Baklava I treasure the memories I have of cooking with my Yiayia and hold her recipes very close to my heart.

I started baking baklava in my Yiayia’s kitchen over 60 years ago. Yiayia would let me brush butter onto the phyllo sheets in between the layers of nuts. She and I spent many years recreating the delicacies from recipes she brought from Greece. Now I find great joy cooking in the kitchen with my children and my children’s children.

This week’s baklava is sold out. Next week’s, pick up date Thursday, May 14th, I will be baking baklava, kourabiedes, (powdered sugar butter cookies) and triple ginger, ginger snaps. Please get orders in before Wednesday.
