Here is my 3 week May recap...
It was a herculean effort 😁

2 Birthday cakes
1 full size graduation sheet cake (18 x 26)
14 dz cupcakes
29 dz cookies
2 dz cake pops

= 118 c of flour
17 c of cake flour
58 c sugar
30 lbs of grade AA butter (120 sticks)
8 dz eggs
17 c of sour cream
21 bags of powdered sugar
32 oz of pure vanilla extract plus other extracts
3 c Dutch processed cocoa powder
50 Tbsps meringue powder
Buttermilk, heavy cream, baking powder, baking soda and dipping chocolate.

🧏‍♀️ I'm still here alive and kicking! I am immersed in graduation cookies and cupcakes lol. Just have 4 more dz cookies to finish decorating tonight, 8 more dz cupcakes and a cake to bake tomorrow and decorate Thursday. Friday is delivery and then packing for VACATION!!! Here is the set I worked on yesterday. Customer just wanted a few cookies with no special occasion or time frame. No theme but did mention that if I wanted to try something new to work on, just go for it.

And I did!!! So I let mind go to the place I love the most ❤️ I've always wanted to do a beach scene 🏖🏝🌊🌴

But all cakes and cookies are baked this weekend! At least the hubby made me breakfast and grilled dinner. That's a win! 🥰 Happy Mother's Day to all you Mommas ⚘️
