I’ve had a lot of new customers ❤️ lately so I’m just going to recap how I work. 😄
My name is Carrie Billings. I took over running the bakery after my mom, Debi, retired after 40+ yrs baking. She taught me everything she knows, except how to draw (🤫 shhh, she can’t draw)
I do work part-time at the hospital so I’m only available Wed-Fri 8-5 pm. I squeeze in as many orders (too many my husband says) as I can because I love baking people happy! It’s fun doing the pop-up sales on here also and I try to do them weekly if I have time. Keep watch 👀 for those cause everyone says it’s like winning the lottery beating others out.
A few years ago we did have to implement the prepay due to some issues. Payment is required 5 days prior to pickup. I accept cash, check and Venmo (sorry, no cards). I also send out a reminder for pickup at 30 minutes before closing if I haven’t heard from you.
I truly enjoy what I do and love creating cakes and cookies to make your celebrations memorable.
