✨ I am Thinking About a Seasonal Comeback! ✨

Hi friends! Many of you have told me how much you miss my sourdough and treats, and it’s got me thinking… 🥖🍪

I'm considering reopening A Slice of Leaven Bakery for the fall & holiday season only — bringing back my fresh sourdough loaves, holiday favorites, and maybe even some new seasonal goodies. 🎃🍂🎄

Before I make the decision, I would love your input:
👉 Would you be excited to see me open just for fall/holiday?
👉 What items would you love to see on the menu?
👉 Would you be more likely to do porch pick up or meet at an agreed upon location?

Your feedback will help me decide if this limited seasonal reopening is possible! 💛

Dear Friends of A Slice of Leaven,

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news that A Slice of Leaven will be closing its doors. This decision was not made lightly, but due to school commitments and personal reasons, it’s the best step for me at this time.

Though our time together was brief, it has been a joy to share my love for sourdough with such a wonderful community. Your support has meant the world to me, and I’ll always cherish the memories we’ve made.

As part of this transition, I’ll also be selling many of my bakery supplies and packaging materials. If you’re interested, please reach out to me directly for more information.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I hope to stay connected and will share updates on future endeavors and adventures. Thank you for believing in A Slice of Leaven and for being part of this journey.

Hello Friends, Family and Followers!!!
First I want to thank you all for your continued support despite having to place my business on hold.
I finished this semester strong and passed some very difficult coursework!!
Now I will be starting another semester with another full coursework and it will be just as time consuming!!!
I will need to keep my focus on family, school and self for this coming semester!!
I am still here though if anyone wants to talk sourdough or life!! ❤️
Photos of some breads I made for the holiday season! SN. It took 3 days to revive my starter that was hibernating in the back of my fridge!!!! But it's ALIVE!! 😆

🚩Announcement🚩
I need to put my bakery on hold for this season due to personal reasons. I need to take care of myself at this time and focus on my health, family, studies and work. I do not plan on this being a permanent break but just a seasonal break.
(This Saturday, Sept 7th, will be my last event this year)

I am here still for any questions or advice though!!! So feel free to reach out to me if you want, about anything sourdough!!

Happy Monday friends and followers!!! Just want to keep you all updated!!
I will be limiting my bakery to the vendor events this fall! If you would like a specific order, feel free to DM me for the pre-order and I will have it available fresh for you at the next vendor event! (Events every month) This is temporary due to my health and a very heavy school schedule this fall.
As always, I really appreciate your support and patience as I navigate these next few months!
