This is Theresa… It has been a while since Butter Sugar Flour has made a post.

I hope everyone is well.

I wanted to share with you one of Butter Sugar Flour’s most recent bakes…. Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

Butter Sugar Flour makes this cake the old-fashioned way. The topping for this cake contains butter, brown sugar, pineapples and cherries. The batter, which contains pineapple juice, is poured over the topping and baked. This cake is rich and moist!

Take a look at Butter Sugar Flour's Pecan Coconut Pound Cake.

This pound cake has coconut flakes and pecans. I chop and toast the pecans before adding to the batter.

Toasting the pecans adds to the nuttiness and flavor.

It's so good☺

I hope everything is well.

I wanted to share this video with you of Butter Sugar Flour’s, just out of the oven, Brown Sugar Pie.

You may be familiar with this southern pie. The Brown Sugar pie is similar to a chess pie, but stands on its own. There are many different ways this southern classic can be made. One version is made with, of course, brown sugar, other basic ingredients and whole milk. This version will reveal a crispy caramelized crust.

I make Butter Sugar Flour’s version with evaporated milk instead of whole milk. Why evaporated milk you may ask? Evaporated milk allows for a creamy taste and texture without adding cream. This pie has a caramelly taste and is good eaten by itself or believe it or not it is so..so... good with butter pecan ice cream.

Orange Crush Soda pound cake (tastes like an orange creamsicle)

Hi Friends,

This is Theresa...

Check out Butter Sugar Flour's scratch made Peter Paul Mound cake. This chocolate cake has shredded coconut as the filling and surrounded by creamy chocolate buttercream frosting.

Oh my goodness..oh my goodness!

In this cake I add coffee, which enhances the natural cocoa powder in the cake and allows it to have more of a chocolaty taste.

This cake tastes like the candy bar.
