Daydream Coffee Co. Has been restocked with fresh sourdough bread! This is the first batch that I have added a little quality olive oil with the goal being a crumb that stays soft longer☺️ Here is a crumb shot for you to see. It did make the crumb a little bit tighter, not as many larger holes. So I don’t think I want to add more olive oil going forward than I already have. Go get a loaf and let me know what you think!
