This is my favorite cookie recipe.....1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg, and 1 cup of brown sugar. Bake at 350 for 5-7 min, or until the edges just turn light brown. These are so yummy and the best peanut butter cookie ever!!!!!! Let me know what you think.
