An in home bakery created to provide delicious home-made gourmet cupcakes for all occasions. The cupcakes are baked in small batches to assure quality.

Pâtisserie de Lis is a home bakery created to provide delicious home-made gourmet cupcakes for all occasions. Fresh, in-season ingredients are used to create flavors found nowhere else. Cupcake orders of 12 or more can be placed at anytime. Orders of 12 or more cupcakes can be placed via e-mail, twitter or facebook. A down payment of at least half will be expected prior to a large order being acce

pted. Orders of less than 12 can be placed during the flavor of the week. The flavor of the week is announced via twitter and facebook on Saturday or Sunday. Orders of any amount can be placed through either of these social networks, but orders of 12 or more cupcakes need to have a down payment of at least half. Cupcakes are prepared Thursday afternoon for pickup available Thursday evening or Friday beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Just in time for Valentine's Day. A yummy chocolate brownie melded with red velvet cake all together in one delicious treat. Topped with cream cheese frosting and chocolate shavings.

Made fresh Wednesday afternoon for Wednesday evening or Thursday afternoon pick-up. (NOTE: this is different than normal so your treats will be ready to give to your sweetheart ON valentine's day.)

Also available for valentine's day, my delicious chocolate brownies. $1 each or $10 for a dozen.

This weeks cake is Caramel Apple Bundt. A delicious spiced cake with fresh baked apple pieces through out. Topped with caramel sauce. I can add pecan pieces inside the batter upon request.

Like previous cakes, this 6.5” cake contains about 8 cupcakes worth of cake and will be $10. Made fresh Thursday afternoon for Thursday evening or Friday by noon pick-up.

Happy New Year! This week's cake is lemon blueberry bundt with a crumble on the bottom and a delicious lemon glaze. Nothing better then fresh blueberries to brighten your day.

Perfect for Christmas get-togethers or for gifting, this mini bundt hits the spot. A deliciously moist chocolate cake topped with chocolate glaze and optional mixed red, white, and green sprinkles. If you need it like a nothing-bundt-cake, I can do stripes of cream cheese frosting instead with sprinkles.

NOT SOLD OUT and open for more orders. My husband found some more pans for me. Ordering has been reopened. 😊😊😊

This week I’ll be trying something different. I am offering a sour cream coffee cake bundt. This 6.5 in bundt contains the equivalent of about 8 of my cupcakes. It will look like a “nothing bundt cake” with stripes of cream cheese frosting. Below is an example of red velvet.

This is a delicious cake with layers of crunchy pecans and cinnamon. Good as dessert or a breakfast treat.

One boxed cake with frosting for an introductory price of $8.

New cupcake, new season. Hoping that fall will stick around, I am offering Oatmeal Spice Cupcake as this week's cupcake. A cinnamon spiced cupcake with oats and topped with vanilla buttercream. Sure to hit the spot on these cooler nights.
