The new oven is up and running, so I will be baking to order this week. Loaves are now more square/full shaped so that I can fit 12 loaves in my oven at the same time. Ordering closes Tuesday @ 8pm, pick-up will be with our friends on Thursday, 2-6pm. Get it while it’s hot! Link in profile.

Bread will be available for pick-up at Pickled & Preserved in Burien on Thursday 12/12 at 12:12pm, and all orders will need to be in Tuesday 12/10 by 6pm. This will be the only bake for December. I hope you are settling into this special season with comfort and compassion! Blessed be, Gabe

Campfire Bread. You already know it got too hot! Don’t judge a book by its cover, though. This loaf had a heart of gold once it came out of its charcoal shell.. @ Lake Wenatchee
