I actually have THREE jobs. Because apparently my brain thinks “relaxing” is a personality flaw. I genuinely do not know how to sit still for too long unless it’s for a nap… and TRUST ME… I take those seriously.
I’m not saying this to toot my own horn either. Honestly, I just wanted to explain why it sometimes takes me a hot minute to answer DMs, texts, calls, carrier pigeons, smoke signals, etc. I promise I’m doing my best out here.
A lot of people also think I have a storefront. BABY… I WISH. 😂 Do I want my dream café? Absolutely. Do I have “open a storefront in this economy” money? Absolutely not.
So because I don’t have a cute little bakery for you to wander into at random hours demanding emotional support cookies, everything here is baked fresh to order. ALWAYS. No frozen dough. No mystery leftovers. No “made three weeks ago but technically still edible” energy. We bake to SELL OUT around here.
Which is why I require preorders. It guarantees your spot in my baking schedule and helps me avoid spontaneously combusting in my kitchen at 1am.
Honestly, I hate not being able to produce the amount y’all want from me sometimes. But I guess “selling out too fast” is a pretty solid problem to have.
And because y’all can’t just pop into a storefront whenever the cookie demons start whispering in your ear, I try to do mini sales as often as possible to keep everyone from going full Jekyll & Hyde on their families over dessert cravings.
ALSO. THE ICE CREAM. WHAT EVEN HAPPENED THERE?! 😂 That blew up FAST. I heard y’all loud and clear. I’m working hard on creating more flavors and turning some of our cookie flavors into ice cream versions too. So yes — the rotating ice cream drops are HERE TO STAY.
NOW… all THAT being said… I have some extensive training coming up for one of my non-cookie jobs. Two weeks. Plus travel. Plus me requiring at least six business days of sleep afterward.
SOOOO there won’t be any mini sales for a little bit. BUT — I am NOT closing custom orders during that time. You can still DM me anytime and get on my calendar.
As my following grows, I know some people have been confused about how all this works, so hopefully this clears things up a bit.
