Melanie has her ovens, mixers and decorating paraphernalia right at her fingertips. Ovens run all day long, producing made-from-scratch cakes, pastries, cookies and more.

As I enter retirement, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to my wonderful customers who always treated me as extended family and allowed me to be of service. It was an honor and a pleasure to be able to create for them thru my artistic designing in cake decorating. It was a profound bonding between myself and my customers that kept me at their service for 50 plus years . As one door closes I am sure many more will open. Gods blessing to you all.
