As I log off for the night, I looked over the orders for the rest of the week. With this week being wonky as far as work schedule goes, Friday/Saturday are starting to fill up.
I also notice several regulars for Wednesday/Thursday have not yet ordered, you know who you are 🤣
Its not an issue, but the sooner I know, the more likely I can manage it within the time you need it.

What is THIS beauty? Well, when you have an extra "loaf" and the rolls and bread are all made.... A GIANT dinner Rosette is born.
Made from the same dough as our rolls, this gorgeous loaf is sure to be a topic at your dinner table.... Well, not YOURS because you didnt order it... Womp womp. 🤣

1 pan Brownies (special request, last months flavor of Cheesecake Brownies) cooling.
Rosettes going into the oven.

Sourdough was once made with whatever grain your ancestors had handy. It was made with the water from the horse trough (because horses are cleaner than cows or pigs). There was no oven thermometer. It was baked at FIRE temperature. There was no timer, her nose was the timer.
