There will never be enough words to express how grateful I am to have someone who shows up and shows out for me, our team and this business.

Whether it’s helping behind the scenes, jumping in when we need an extra set of hands, or simply believing in what we’re building, he’s always there.

This business is full of blood, sweat and tears, and having someone beside me who works just as hard to help it grow means more than he probably realizes.

Nobody really prepares you for the parts of business ownership that don’t make it onto Instagram.

The financial pressure. The personal growth. The constant problem-solving. Building a creator-led business in a world that often rewards a very different kind of company. And eventually learning that you can’t (and shouldn’t!) do everything yourself.

Seven years in, I’m still learning. And honestly, I probably always will be.

We had such a wonderful time at The Art of Cheese Tasting class sampling our way through the incredible cheeses from Eden Valley Organic Creamery learning about the craft behind them and, of course, enjoying plenty of good food and great conversation.

A very special thank you to Chef Darian for generously allowing us to use his beautiful space next door at The Plating Society to host this experience. We’re so grateful for the local partnerships that make evenings like this possible.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved having you at the table!
