Our newest menu is out!

The first weekend in September is right around the corner, so obviously my fall themed treats will start to make their way on the menus 😏

We are OPEN!

And I also just realized I never posted sneak peaks yesterday for you all! 😩 I was so swamped and didn't have 2 seconds to hop on here, BUT I did take the photos (minus the cranberry white chocolate because they came out of the oven around 10 last night) 😅

New items at our stand today: lemon blueberry sourdough, cake batter cookies, and s'mores sourdough! I am obsessed with how these all came out! The lemon blueberry and s'mores aren't new to my menu per say, however they did get a little revamp this season and they did not disappoint! I added fresh lemon zest to the lemon blueberry and the blueberries in with stretch and folds rather than the lamination, and added marshmallows to the stretch and fold as well on the s'mores! 😍 for those unfamiliar with sourdough, adding inclusions in the stretch and fold rather than when I shape it allows for the inclusions to be distributed more evenly. Which ultimately means even flavor in every bite 🤤

And let's not forget the newest cookie! Our cake batter cookies are my daughter's newest favorite! My favorite part? They're dye free! 🙌🏼

Fun tip: zoom in on the loaves if you want a closer look at the lemon zest and all the graham cracker and marshmallow pockets 😏

It's BAKE DAY! So of course I had to highlight the NUMBER ONE requested cookie since I announced my return! 😅 Our Lemon Sugar Cookies!

🍋💛 These beauties are soft, bright, and perfectly sweet with a fresh citrus kick. Made with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, they’re bursting with real lemon flavor in every bite. The texture is tender with light crisp edges, and the fresh lemon makes them taste like sunshine in cookie form 😍🤤 My recipe is dairy free, and egg free, so hands down the perfect treat for anyone with dietary restrictions! 🙌🏼 I don't anticipate these lasting for very long at the stand, so be sure to get here early this weekend if you've been missing them or eager to try them! 🤗
