Just a peek into what makes sourdough special and stand out from other breads!
This is our sourdough starter named Bishop, in the first picture is him freshly fed with equal parts water and a flour mix. The second picture is him only 12 hours later after “eating” all that good stuff. He rises/doubles and lets us know he’s full and ready to make some bread!
This is just the very start of a whole 24-36 hour process of bringing fresh sourdough from our kitchen to your table!
