SURPRISE!!! We’re coming back from maternity recovery with a little bit of a twist…

If you missed the news, our family is now the owner of Compassion Cafe Coffee & Tea! Which means Compassion Cafe is now our official storefront home!

You’ve been able to find Luke & Jack goodies at Compassion for a while, but previously I baked for scheduled restocks and, once they were gone, they were gone.

Not anymore!!!

Beginning September 22, instead of being limited to scheduled weekly drops, our menu will be expanding beyond the goodies you’re used to seeing from us!

I’m SO excited to have a consistent place in our community where you can stop in, grab a Luke & Jack treat, pair it with a cup of coffee, and know that if the case starts looking a little empty, more is coming!

And for my custom-order people: custom order availability will return October 5! I’m giving myself a couple of weeks to settle into our new normal before reopening that calendar.

Same Luke & Jack. Same recipes. Same commitment to making treats that more people can enjoy… Just with a whole lot more shelf space. 🙂

I am so excited to introduce you to the new owners of Compassion Café — Alli and Christian Jaggie! ❤️☕️

When I made the decision to sell Compassion, my biggest prayer was that God would bring the right people — people who understood that Compassion has always been about so much more than coffee. It’s about serving God, serving others, loving our community, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.

I know He answered that prayer with Alli and Christian.

The best part is that the Compassion you know and love is staying Compassion. Same mission. Same heart. Same wonderful vendors and community. Just a beautiful new chapter!

And tomorrow, Sept 15-Alli will be at the café to meet all of you! Please stop by, introduce yourself, give her a big Compassion welcome, and let her know just how special this community is.

Thank you for loving this little coffee shop the way you have. What started as a dream became something so much bigger because of YOU.

Charlotte has officially arrived! 🥹

We’re taking a brief break to soak in all the newborn snuggles, and then we’ll be back to serving up delicious cookies at Compassion Cafe Coffee & Tea very soon! 🩷🍪

Cookies for this week were restocked today! We have a returning customer favorite (S’mores) and a brand-new flavor (Magic Cookie Bar Squares)!

What does magic taste like? This Magic Cookie Bar, of course! A chewy sugar cookie bar topped with sweetened condensed “milk”, toasted coconut, dark chocolate sunflower butter candies, “milk” chocolate chips, and caramelized brown sugar. And the best part? It’s free of all Top 9 major allergens and artificial dyes!

After what feels like forever, our most popular cookie is back! There’s just something about our S’mores cookie that just hits different. Made with local honey, Vietnamese cinnamon, gooey mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips, it’s also gluten-free and dairy-free, making it more accessible for more tummies to enjoy!
