A day late, but no less heartfelt. 🖤

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandpas, uncles, and father figures who show up, work hard, protect, provide, teach, and love their families every day.

To the fathers who are raising babies, guiding grown children, coaching from the sidelines, fixing what’s broken, telling terrible dad jokes, and being the steady presence their families need.

And to the dads and father figures who are no longer with us but are loved and missed beyond words, especially those watching over their families from Heaven—we carry your lessons, your memories, and your love with us every day. 🕊️

Father’s Day can be beautiful for some and bittersweet for others. Whether you’re celebrating with your dad, honoring his memory, or thanking a man who stepped up when he didn’t have to.

🧡 A Little Check-In from Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies 🧡

Hey friends,

I wanted to take a moment to check in and let everyone know that I’m still here.

If you’ve noticed things have been a little quieter lately, or if some of my usual posts and Rewind Wednesdays seem delayed, it’s because my family is currently walking through a difficult season. Right now, my loved ones need a little more of my time, attention, and heart.

While I won’t be sharing the details as of now, I hope you’ll understand if content isn’t as frequent or perfectly on schedule for a little while.

Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies has always been built around family, love, and making sweet memories, and those same values are guiding me now. I’ll still be baking, creating, and showing up as I can—just giving myself a little grace along the way.

Thank you for continuing to support this small business, for cheering me on, and for being here through both the sweet moments and the hard ones. Your kindness means more than I can put into words.

And what better time to finally share it than birthday week? 🥹💕

Yesterday my oldest daughter and I celebrated our birthdays, and today I’m celebrating another little dream that’s been growing behind the scenes.

Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies started as a creative outlet, turned into a passion, and has become something I get to share with all of you. Every recipe, flavor, and idea on this menu was created with family, nostalgia, and summer memories in mind.

I had every intention of posting nonstop for this relaunch… and then life said “that’s cute.” 😭

Mom life happened.
Schedules happened.
Exhaustion happened.

But Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies is STILL happening 🐻🧡

This business was never meant to look perfect.
It was built in the middle of chaos, coffee, motherhood, healing, late nights, and “figure it out as we go” moments 😂
