🐻🎃 FINALLY… IT’S BAKE DAY! 🎃🐻

I had every intention of getting into this kitchen DAYS ago… and then life said, “That’s cute.” 😂

But the sourdough is ready, BOTH mixers are reporting for duty, & mama bear is officially in the kitchen! 🐻🧡

Today is all about TESTING — which means hubby, the girls, and a few lucky family members get to be my official taste testers 😋

Pumpkin, espresso, maple, pecans, marshmallows… 👀

Okayyyy… Grizzly MaMa has officially entered her FALL MODE 🐻🎃🍂

A little pumpkin here, some warm spices there, a whole lot of cream cheese swirl…and apparently absolutely no self-control when it comes to experimenting in the kitchen 😂

I’ve been playing around with some cozy flavors lately 😋 these are just a little peek at what’s been happening behind the scenes 👀

The fall lineup is slowly coming together, and I cannot WAIT to share what’s baking 🫶

Welllll… it’s been a little quiet around Grizzly MaMa’s. 🐻🧡

The last few months have been full of family, grief, birthdays, back-to-school chaos, celebrations, and just…life.

Somewhere in the middle of all of it, this mama needed a little time away from the business side of the kitchen.

But I’ve still been baking!

I’ve still been playing with recipes, feeding my family entirely too many “test batches” 😂 and remembering why I started Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies in the first place.

And I think I’m ready to start sharing it with you guys again. 🧡

So consider this my little knock on the door…

🐻 Grizzly MaMa is waking back up.

And with fall officially here… you already KNOW I have ideas. 🎃🍂

The kitchen has looked a little different lately.

As I was going through pictures, I realized these three tell a story I didn’t even know I was living.

The first picture was me preparing desserts for my big brother’s celebration of life. The second is him holding me the day I was born. The third is one of my favorite memories—him baking cookies with Jilly, my oldest, when she was little.

Looking back, I don’t think I realized how much of my love for baking came from moments like these. Food was never just food in our family. It was time together. Laughing in the kitchen, making a mess, sneaking bites of cookie dough, and creating memories without even realizing they would become some of our most treasured ones.

That’s what I hope Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies brings to your families, too. Not just something sweet to eat, but something that’s part of birthdays, holidays, late-night conversations around the table, and the little moments you’ll look back on years from now.

Thank you for continuing to support this little dream of mine. Every order means more than you know, and I’m so grateful to be back doing what I love. 🤍

Practice day means someone has to eat all these brownie bites… and thankfully my pregnant nieces, my brother’s daughter, and his daughter-in-law were more than willing to take on the task when I asked 😂🤍

I’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen getting everything ready for my brother’s final goodbye. Baking has honestly become my therapy lately, and keeping my hands busy has helped more than I can explain.

Thank you to everyone who’s been checking on us, supporting my entire family, and cheering on my little bakery through all of this. It truly means the world 🧡🐻

Hi everyone!

It's been a little quiet around here, and I just wanted to check in.

Life has thrown our family some unexpected heartache with the loss of my big brother, so I've taken some time away to be with my loved ones. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with kindness, prayers, and support—it truly means the world to us.

Over the next couple of weeks, my focus will be on baking for my brother's Celebration of Life. As hard as this season has been, baking has become my way of coping, honoring him, and showing up for my family in the best way I know how.

The kitchen has slowly become my place of peace again, so you'll start seeing more behind-the-scenes baking, a few sweet creations, and little glimpses into the process. While Grizzly MaMa's Munchies is taking things one day at a time, I look forward to getting back to creating for all of you soon.

A day late, but no less heartfelt. 🖤

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandpas, uncles, and father figures who show up, work hard, protect, provide, teach, and love their families every day.

To the fathers who are raising babies, guiding grown children, coaching from the sidelines, fixing what’s broken, telling terrible dad jokes, and being the steady presence their families need.

And to the dads and father figures who are no longer with us but are loved and missed beyond words, especially those watching over their families from Heaven—we carry your lessons, your memories, and your love with us every day. 🕊️

Father’s Day can be beautiful for some and bittersweet for others. Whether you’re celebrating with your dad, honoring his memory, or thanking a man who stepped up when he didn’t have to.

Hey friends,

I wanted to take a moment to check in and let everyone know that I’m still here.

If you’ve noticed things have been a little quieter lately, or if some of my usual posts and Rewind Wednesdays seem delayed, it’s because my family is currently walking through a difficult season. Right now, my loved ones need a little more of my time, attention, and heart.

While I won’t be sharing the details as of now, I hope you’ll understand if content isn’t as frequent or perfectly on schedule for a little while.

Grizzly MaMa’s Munchies has always been built around family, love, and making sweet memories, and those same values are guiding me now. I’ll still be baking, creating, and showing up as I can—just giving myself a little grace along the way.
