I've been baking for 10 years but until 6 years ago I did not specialize in birthday cakes. I found out first hand how difficult it is to find a talented and reliable baker. It was my son's 4th birthday and I had been searching for a baker but had no luck. So I decided to try it on my own. I made a multi colored layered cake with dark frosting on the outside. Not an easy feat for my first birthday cake. And look at how moist and vibrant the layers were. I'm still so impressed with this cake when I look at it today. All of this to say I'm just so grateful that you have trusted me with many of your family's birthday cakes for this long. I feel so special and privileged that you come to me for all your baking needs and I appreciate this community more than you know. 💞
