Meet the Lemon Crinkle Cookie 😋
In the early 2000's my mom enlisted me in The Girl Scouts! In 2003, The Girl Scouts came out with a cookie called "Lemon Coolers" and in my opinion... well, it's the best cookie they ever made!
When I was planning to open my home bakery, I knew I had to create my own version of that cookie! So here's my version! It looks nothing like the original but it packs that nostalgic Arizona summer taste! Not too sweet and not too tart this cookie has the perfect citrus flavor. If you grew up loving Lemon Coolers, this taste will be familiar. And if you didn't... well, this might become your new favorite summer time cookie!
