They’ve been hiding out for a WHOLE YEAR, but these tasty, adorable little critters are finally making their grand return! 🎉

Our Cookie Critters are back for a LIMITED TIME ONLY… now through October 31st!

Few things Friday…

🍊 Orange Cranberry Sourdough will be on the shelves today! Full size and mini!

🍞 Plain long fermented boules in the shape of a beautiful pumpkin… also on the shelf! Bigger than our plain loaves! Serves two purposes… can be used as a centerpiece for your table… and then enjoyed as part of your meal!

And your favorite things will be restocked this morning!

📣Still taking orders for weekly bakes although I often forget to post about it! 😅 Weekly orders are for Wednesdays, but if you need something for a different day… I’m happy to accommodate as long as my schedule allows! Just send me a message!

With that said… orders for next Wednesday’s bakes need to be in by Sunday night at 8pm.

If you’ve been wanting something, but not seeing it on the shelves, just message me! I’ll be happy to make something especially just for you!

Storytime! Grab a cup of coffee ☕️

Three Years Ago…

This is the bread that started it all…

Three years ago, after many failed attempts and more than a few very flat loaves, I finally pulled a beauty like this out of my oven.

About that same time, Friendship Acres Farm was advertising for their very first vendor market. I remember asking my husband, “What if I get a vendor spot, bake a bunch of bread, and see what happens?”

His response?

“What if we bring a whole bunch of bread home?” 😂

My answer was, “We’ll have a freezer full of bread!”

Little did I know that we would sell every single loaf.

And that was the moment I started thinking… Maybe I can really do something with this bread.

What started as something fun quickly became so much more.

This little bread business was and still is our “fun money.” It would help me take my kids on field trips. It would help with the little extras. It would give us opportunities we might not otherwise have had.

But somewhere along the way, it became so much more than that.

It became a community.

It became friendships.

It became something I looked forward to creating week after week.

And most importantly, it became something I get to share with all of you.

I’m so thankful that I put my fears aside three years ago and kept baking bread… even when the loaves didn’t always cooperate. 😂

I’m thankful for every person who has bought a loaf, shared a post, recommended my bread to a friend, encouraged me, or simply continued to show up.

I’m thankful for every single one of you who has joined me on this journey.

Because this little bread business has become so much more than I ever imagined it would be.

And I keep showing up.

I keep baking.

I keep trying new things.

I keep dreaming.

Because of you. ❤️

And today feels like the perfect day to celebrate where it all began. I have some of these beautiful long fermented sourdough pumpkin shaped boules on my shelves at Twice Treasured today! 🍞

So if you’re out and about, stop by Twice Treasured, grab a loaf, and take home a little piece of the bread that started this whole adventure.

Three years later, I’m still baking, and I’m still incredibly thankful. ❤️
