Because yall loved the Brown Butter Butterscotch as our signature cookie when we were in Brown Butter Shoppe, we have decided to change a few of our cookies including the Original Chocolate Chip Cookie to use Brown Butter!

Good morning,

If you noticed a small change to our logo, we’ve added “baked goods shop” to better reflect where Newcastle Bakery is in this season of growth.

While we aren’t a full bakery just yet, becoming one is absolutely the vision, and this is our next step in that direction.

We’re so excited to officially announce that our Norwich Street location will be opening soon, with our ribbon cutting taking place June 15th 🎀

Thank you for continuing to grow with us. New hours, new season, same love baked into everything we do ✨

We know you all will miss us, but don’t miss us for too long. Don’t be sad, this is GOOD NEWS. We will now be in our own unit still downtown.

Our official Re-Opening will come on June 3rd. Look forward to all of yalls favorites!

The Pecan Pie Bar is also now a permanent menu pastry. It is always highly sought after and requested.

Look forward to being able to place bigger orders for your party’s and office staff.

Still taking delivery orders while our retail space is getting fixed up just for You. ❤️
