Good Saturday morning from Great Scott's Bakery. I am back in the shop and baking up a storm of deliciousness. The pepperoni rolls, breakfast pizza, and bacon gruyere quiche are all available while they last. As for the pastry case and dessert cases well those are filled with a plethora of yummy choices. Great Scott's Bakery will be open on Wednesday December 24th from Noon until 5pm for pre-orders and any last minute needs. I will have a selection of pastries and desserts available on a first come first served basis while they last. The bakery will be closed on Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th. I will reopen on Saturday the 27th at 9am. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 and Happy Holidays. Thank you for your continued support.

Good Saturday morning from Great Scott's Bakery. It's another big football day with Ohio State vs Indiana!!! It's also another great Saturday to get out and support your local small businesses. I have the cases filled with plenty of yummy choices to help fill a sweet or savory tooth. On the savory side I have pepperoni rolls, breakfast pizza, bacon cheddar scones, and bacon gruyere quiche. If you're a fan of my spicy peanut brittle it's available today in a half pound pack for $9.95. I also made an oldie but a goodie the 7 Sins bar...butterscotch chips, roasted pecans, chocolate chunks, shredded coconut, with sweet condensed milk all baked on a cookie crust. It's National Small Business Day so let's get out there and show our small business owners some much needed love. Let's especially help those that have just recently opened their doors.
