New with mixed flour. 45% , 35% white, 20% . $7 per loaf, $8 with up to three seeds of your choice.
I keep adjusting this recipe until I'll have as much whole wheat flour in it as possible. Will post here with the results 🍞🤩🤗

Just melt some with a drop of food coloring in the microwave and pour it in the molds. Then call the kids to decorate it. Cools down and ready to eat in minutes.

My easy-peasy recipes 3 😋🍥

1️⃣ Add 1 cup vegan milk to a 2-2.5Qt bowl (or stand mixer bowl) add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, let it sit for ~10min.
2️⃣ Add ¾ cup cane sugar, ⅓ cup canola oil, 1 tsp vanilla, ½ tsp almond/caramel/whatever you want extract to the milk and vinegar, mix.
3️⃣ Sift 1 cup flour + ⅓ cup cocoa powder + ½ tsp baking soda + ½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt into your wet mixture (I usually put a sieve on top of my mixer bowl, throw everything in it and sift), mix.
👉 Put into muffin liners, bake for 20-25 min on 300F. For frosting beat vegan butter (don't let it soften as much as regular butter, just a little bit) with sugar powder and a tsp/Tbsp of vegan milk.
