I am thrilled to announce that my first sourdough class will take place on May 19th at the Brookville First Baptist Church, 530 Market St., from 6-8pm. The cost for members of the Brookville First Baptist Church is $45, and $50 for non-members. Each participant will receive a sourdough starter, basic bread-making supplies, comprehensive training materials with step-by-step instructions, and a loaf of sourdough bread to bake at home. Class size is limited, and payment can be made directly to me by cash, check, credit card, or Venmo. To ensure your spot, please RSVP and make payment by May 12th.

Yesterday, I prepared Italian Herb Focaccia, which featured a crispy crust and soft pillowly interior, and my house smelled amazing for hours. Alongside my classic, blueberry lemon, and jalapeño cheddar sourdough breads, and my Hugh Cinnamon Rolls, I will be offering the Focaccia, loaves of yeast bread, cookies, Cherry Fritter Things, and other treats at Looking Glass Antiques Store on Main Street this Friday and Saturday from 1-6 pm. Come on in and check out my baked goods and explore the unique and surprising treasures in the store.

Currently, I have a variety of freshly baked goods available, featuring classic sourdough, blueberry cream cheese and blueberry lemon bread loaves, as well as packages of two cinnamon rolls each, lemon or strawberry shortbread cookies, and sourdough chocolate chip cookies. All items are in limited quantities. I'm excited to offer samples of my (copy cat) Cherry Thing-A-Lings, my unique recipe. If you're interested, we can arrange for local delivery or meet in Brookville today or tomorrow. Custom orders are welcome, and I look forward to hearing from you. I will be preparing herb focaccia tomorrow and would be happy to set some aside for you; kindly inform me of your interest. Remember to stop in at Looking Glass Antiques on Main from 1-6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, where I'll have varieties of sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, my copycat Cherry Thing-A-Lings, along with a variety of other baked goods. I am pleased to offer six sourdough cinnamon rolls and 12 regular cinnamon rolls, freshly baked and available for purchase today at a price of six for $10 and 12 for $20. My gourmet bread selection, ready for purchase, includes jalapeño cheddar, blueberry cream cheese, blueberry lemon, double chocolate, and classic sourdough breads, with small loaves priced at $5, large loaves at $10, and loaves with inclusions at $6 and $12, respectively. Please note that quantities are limited. I deliver locally and can arrange in-town pickup at an agreed location and time. I’m glad to accept orders anytime and operate a vendor stand at Looking Glass Antiques on Main on Saturdays, offering artisan breads, cinnamon rolls, homemade doughnuts, cookies, a variety of pastries, and other sweets. As the weather improves, I plan to be at Looking Glass Antiques on both Fridays and Saturdays, from 12 pm to 6 pm.
