Honey's Cakes Retail bakery. Closed Sundays and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Open Thursday from 7:30 am-2:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm. Saturday 7:30-Noon. We do custom cakes.

Hi everyone. Yesterday, I left the bakery in the morning because I wasn't feeling well. I went to the hospital because the pain I was having was familiar. Long story short, I suffered another SCAD heart attack. I have a lot of cake orders this week coming up so in order to fulfill those orders with less stress. I will be closing the bakery this week October 15, 16 & 17. I'll only be there for cake pick ups. I will get your orders done. I will be relying on my staff to help me. Please be patient with me as I figure out how to best take care of my orders and myself.

A huge thank you to the Brookville ER staff and Dr.Jefferies (cupcakes will be coming your way soon.) A huge thank you to the flight team getting me to Dubois in about 7 minutes and the cardiology department who did my heart cath and diagnosis and the Dubois Hospital nurses and doctors that treated me.

Pictured below are my pups who missed me while I was in the hospital recovering.

My boys missed their mama. I did have another SCAD heart attack. I'm home now resting. Prayers would be appreciated.

We wanted you to know that our Mommy, Honey Dawn, isn't feeling very well! However, the bakery will be in the very capable hands of Mekka, Mommy's other child, and Mommy's sister, Christy!

Honey's Cakes will be open tomorrow, Saturday, during the usual hours of 7:30 AM to Noon.

See if Honey's Cakes has a Cinnamon Roll as big as a tire! Probably not, although you might be able to order one! Lol!

So instead, try our regular Cinnamon Roll or our Pumpkin Cinnamon roll! Both are delicious!
