I absolutely LOVE experimenting with new recipes! 🤍 There’s something so special about taking a recipe that brings back memories and finding a way to make it gluten-free without losing the heart of it.

This weekend I made focaccia. Just like the focaccia my grandma used to make—soft, flavorful, golden, and made with love. ❤️ Except this one is completely gluten-free!

It’s recipes like this that remind me why I love baking so much. Taking something nostalgic and making it accessible to more people is such a joy.
